Common Mistakes During Download and Installation
Most install failures come down to a handful of predictable issues. Here are the ones that show up most frequently in community forums and support FAQ data from 2025 and 2026:
"App Not Installed" or installation fails.
The usual cause: "Install from Unknown Sources" is not enabled for your browser, or the device lacks storage. Fix it by going to Settings, then Apps, then Special app access, then Install unknown apps, selecting your browser, and enabling "Allow from this source." Free up at least 150 MB of storage. If the file was corrupted during download, delete it and re-download from the official site.
"Parse Error" or "Syntax Error."
This means the APK file is corrupted, incomplete, or targets an SDK version incompatible with your device. Delete the downloaded file and re-download. You can also try clearing the Package Installer cache: Settings, then Apps, then Show System, then Package Installer, then Clear Cache. If you are on Android 14 or newer, make sure the APK targets SDK 24 or higher.
"Signature Conflict" or cannot update.
This happens when a different version of Pin Up with a different digital signature is already installed. Uninstall the existing app, then install the new APK. If you need to preserve data, use ADB: adb -d shell pm uninstall -k <packageName> followed by adb -d install -r -t -d pin-up.apk.
App does not open or loads slowly.
Check your internet connection and try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Clear the app cache: Settings, then Apps, then Pin Up, then Storage, then Clear Cache. If your ISP is blocking the domain, use a VPN service or change your DNS settings to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or Google (8.8.8.8).
App crashes during live casino.
Close other apps to free RAM. Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network with at least 5 Mbps (ideally 10 Mbps or more). Lower the stream quality if the option is available.
